Voting Question: Health care. Why cant we have a system like Canada where everyone is covered through the government?

President Obama, I would like to know if we could have a health care system like Canada does? The Canadians dont have to pay a premium at all. They show up to their doctors office and they are covered. The government pays for them. I talk to a lot of Canadians here in Yuma Arizona during their winter visits.
